Revised Plan for 2020

Given the current coronka madness, meeting in person may be problematic, as it may be unlawful to do so in certain areas, and for those fearful of becoming sick, they should remain hunkered down for now.  Having considered the conditions, I am advising a three-prong, or three pillar approach.

1 – Mass Meditations.  These will be worldwide, and for simplicity sake, they will be held at 8am, 4pm, and midnight, UTC.   These will be short, sweet, and fun meditations, with the primary intention to envision our connectedness, all of humanity working and playing together in harmony.  The meditations may be as brief as one minute, given your ability and preference, and once a day is adequate.  The specific technique you use does not matter – your intention is what matters.  That being said, I suggest using the provided meditations, once they become available.  Until then, do a little dance every day at one of the above times to your favorite song, imagining the world dancing along with you.  (You can use this website to find out what this converts to in your time zone: https://www.worldtimeserver.com.   To be specific, the times for Eastern are 4am, noon, and 8pm; times for Central are 3am,11am, and 7pm; times for Mountain are 2am,10am, and 6pm; and times for Western are 1am, 9am, and 5pm.)

2 – Virtual Small Groups.  Until The Plan becomes practical, meet in small groups of 6-8 people, using a web platform such as Zoom to connect.  Read or listen to The Plan beforehand to get an idea of how to conduct your groups.  Obviously, physical contact will not be possible, and if you desire to play games, you will have to be more creative, but don’t feel compelled to.  As an alternative to games, you can sing songs together, make funny voices, or act out scenes as you might in an improv class.  Do not underestimate the importance of being silly!  The two practices of Catharsis and Creation will still be quite doable, so use this time to be very honest with one another and put down your defenses.  Meet for about 2-3 hours, once a week, and agree that you will support one another as necessary in the interim.

3 – Acts of Service.  This is up to you, and can be anything from sending supportive messages to others via social media, picking up garbage in public places, complimenting ‘strangers’, making a funny video to share, writing an article, calling someone to thank them for their past service, walking a dog…  Anything that is helpful and uplifts others and/or the world.  Small acts of kindness on your part can create a hugely beneficial impact on others.  Don’t forget how powerful you are!
